Review on 🎧 GGMM Nightingale: Premium Dual Driver Noise-Isolating Headphones with Deep Bass and Metal Housing by George Matthews

My review really covers three things: this set of headphones, the GGMM Hummingbird model and GGMM customer service. First, I ordered headphones of this Nightingale model. When they arrived I was immediately impressed with the quality of the packaging (case, small holder, etc.) and as soon as I took the headphones out, the build quality of the earbuds themselves " wires, etc.) When I put them on, they were very comfortable, but unfortunately I didn't quite like the sound. It was comfortable enough, with solid deep bass, but the highs were too muffled for my liking. It might work for hip-hop or classical, but I like progressive rock, jazz fusion, etc. and the sound of the hi-hat or ride cymbals was too "unspoken" for me. I contacted a GGMM customer. Support who did reply but unfortunately didn't give me any advice so I ended up returning the nightingale. I received my refund immediately and shortly thereafter I was contacted by a GGMM support rep to inquire about my experience with these headphones. When I described the situation again, they recommended the hummingbird model described above, which they eventually sent to me. The Hummingbird actually had a treble that I liked a lot better, a bass that I liked even better than the Nightingale (it sounded just as deep to my ears but a little warmer), and just an overall tone that I liked. Again, this is all very subjective of course, but to me Hummingbird just felt less edgy and a little more complete. reasonable preferences) and maintains a world-class customer care organization.
