I don't like being bothered about reviews

, I don't like being bothered about reviews, so I rarely write reviews. This is an exception: Based on the description, I was concerned that these headphones would produce overwhelming bass. I wasn't prepared for clean, clear, and balanced sound reproduction across the audio spectrum. It's not just bass that can be heard, I hear nuances when listening to a wide range of classical and jazz that I haven't heard with any other product. I'm excited. Comfort: I was satisfied with the choice of headphones included and are comfortable enough to listen lying on my side. As with all headphones, fit in the ear canal is critical to sound quality. Durability: Can't comment as I've only had it for a short time, but the quality build and long-term warranty should cover any issues. Appearance: Very pretty, but who cares if they deliver great sound? Noise Blocking: Not the best option for airplanes and noisy environments, but really good for listening to good music in normal conditions. Phone: Can't comment as I don't use it for this purpose. (I have a bruised tooth) Summary: It's hard to find other headphones of the same quality for less than $100. A few notes for headphone buyers: I'm surprised by the persistent "burnout" myth. In fact, with prolonged use, there may be some improvement, but it is very small. If it's not good natively, don't get your hopes up. Many complaints about cable drift and cable noise can be reduced by looping the cable over your ears.
