I don't understand how someone can get a damaged part! In fact, I'd like to tip the professional who wrapped them! You must be the BEST! I ordered RED, YOU WILL BE RED!

I think it was seconds. There were many imperfections in the glaze and some of them looked slightly misshapen. But for the price I can't complain too loud. I just wish they were marked defective so I know what's going on.

I've been eating these meals for months. I received them in good condition, nothing broken or chipped. I love the look and the only reason I'm not giving them a higher rating is because they all have gray scratches from used utensils. The photo shows a plate that has been used. The other was at the bottom of the stack so wasn't used that often.

I like this ceramic tableware. It's elegant yet casual. It's strong/heavy and just what I wanted. Very diverse. . . Can be washed in the dishwasher, oven and microwave. If I see it in color I'll buy another set of 12! I use this for every day. . . threw away my melamine every day. it's chipped and NOT dishwasher safe, AND the cost was about the same as that ceramic cookware. I love it!

The crockery set is excellent if not for manufacturing defects. I bought 3 sets and out of 36, 11 are not good. Flaws include small holes in the glaze, sharp bumps in the glaze, one had a bruise on a white bowl, and another had a flaw in the clay that caused the piece to explode out of the bowl. They should have been caught by quality control. I love the cookware but would recommend buying 30% more so you can return broken parts and still have a complete set.
