I've only used it a few times and found the candle keeps going out. Why? This is because the glassware in which the oil is stored is not tempered. It cracked from the heat of the candle. Oil seeped through the gap and extinguished the candle. Buy something else.

I received this burner a few weeks ago and the glass already has microcracks. I don't even use this burner every day. I should have just bought that burnt Walmart I saw. I like the design, it looks good but unfortunately it doesn't burn oil properly. The first tea light burned out completely, but the water didn't even get hot enough to release the scent. The second time I poured less water, but it burned out so quickly that the candle was half burned out. The glass jar seems very fragile so I'm afraid it might break. Unfortunately I am returning.

I didn't appreciate the scent because I bought them locally but I only bought the heating pad from you. It was a housewarming gift and the recipient loved it! She has several stainless steel bookshelves and a cake warmer in the same room. The warming mug is large enough for the cake if you prefer not to use butter. This is a beautiful little oil tea burner. I use this in place of an air freshener. I already have the oils to pour over it, it only takes a few drops and in moments the whole house is smelling amazing. I put one in every bathroom.
