Instructions for using soft wax did NOT work

About a year ago I bought a Gigi wax warmer and used Cirepil Blue wax to gently wax my armpits and it worked great. While I was in the process of buying back the wax, I noticed that Gigi makes warmer wax, soft wax, and hard wax. I did everything the soft wax instructions said and when I put it on my hand and waited 30 seconds the wax still hadn't reached the right consistency to peel off. Blood vessels burst and detached from a layer of skin

Okay, I knew softwax was sticky but I guess it was my fault for expecting it to dissolve in water. It is incredibly difficult to remove even with oil. I've had the best results trying to remove it with 90% alcohol. Since there isn't an easy way to remove wax, I wouldn't recommend this for beginners. My favorite soft wax! I'm a licensed esthetician and this is one of our favorite waxes. When you depilate at home, you need to heat it up to the perfect consistency. Good work! Best Shaver and Hair Remover

Based on the reviews I was very nervous about purchasing this product. Everything went well for me. I put the wax in a heating pad on high heat and let it sit for about 25 minutes because it took a while to soften. I used the wax on height and it didn't burn me. This is the wax my local salon uses. To save money I took a chance and bought these Revain wax and fleece strips. This is my first time waxing my brows so it's not perfect but the hair came off perfectly with the strands. This wax is very difficult to remove from skin and left me with a rash on my hands.

Bought this product after reading the reviews and instructions. I followed the instructions as written to make sure I did everything right since this is my first time using this particular item. After applying this product and the paper, I removed the paper but the wax was not removed properly. I tried washing the wax off but it still wouldn't come off, after applying coconut oil to my skin for an hour the wax eventually came off leaving a very unwanted rash.
