Nothing fancy but still decent

Needed a simple gift for my aunt and she loves purple. This is a very vibrant eggplant shade. I didn’t think it would be a simple "jumper” style- perhaps I should have looked at more details. Regardless, it’ll do the job. This is the same kind of standard Goldman brand you get at Walmart.

Order a size up if you want it loose and comfy

I ordered a Large which I normally wear in tops, however in a sweatshirt I like it to be loose and comfy. I should have ordered a size up. But I have already had it monogrammed so I'm stuck with it. :(

So soft! I could have sized down

This sweatshirt is soooo soft! I tried it on really quick before handing it over to my coworker to get the famous john dorsey "cleveland browns" sweatshirt made. I ordered an xl. I am 5'6, 13/14, 190, and 38 G in the chest. I haven't washed this yet but it is 50% cotton so I'm sure it will shrink and from the reviews it does. Based on not washing/drying, I could have ordered a large. I will update the review after I wash it. I did want it for a more comfortable/loose feel anyways.

Not a 'heavy blend'

I have t-shirts that are as heavy as this is. Other than that issue, it seems to be well made and very soft. The garment may lose its shape.

Great sweater! Wish it came in more colors

I'd buy a bunch more colors of this same sweater if I could. The "Aubergine" looks a little too violet/purple for my taste, and I don't need another grey sweater. I bought the dark blue and love it. I actively have to try not to overwear it from week to week. The crewneck and overall fit are so my style though! Nice and loose and casual--very comfy. Wear it around the house or put a button-down, collared shirt under it for something slightly more sophisticated.In terms of quality, this sweater…

It fits comfortably around my neck.

I bought this sweatshirt for myself because I have had a difficult time finding a sweatshirt that fits comfortably around my neck. The price of the sweatshirt was also in my price range.

Pretty good value in my review

These shirts are pretty good value for the money. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the sleeves fit a little too tight on the lower arms and wrists.
