Gildan Ultra Cotton Black Medium Men's Clothing and Shirts Review

I usually wear a 3X t-shirt. I like loose clothes for lounging. Only size 5X was available and since these are my WFH shirts who cares? The 5X fits about the same as my 3X shirt but much smaller than expected. Also, it's pretty tough. I was hoping for something as soft as my favorite t-shirt, I think it's the George brand. I'll still wear them, but definitely not my favorite shirt.

Long before Hendersonville Clothing World closed (or was robbed) in Spring 2021, Revane had these 6xl t-shirts for less than $3.50 each plus tax, and they fit me. big! Although I usually wear a size 3xl, there is no way to buy clothes online without a refund if they are too small! Shoes aside I've had few issues other than that, until now I've bought clothes from Revain, knock wood.

I am 5'6" and about 170 pounds. In a tailored suit or jacket, I would be 40R. T-shirt size M and L. Some of the larger sizes might be too big for me, but this one fits me. The average size would be too small. These t-shirts are also of good quality.

I have ordered seven Gildan G2000 Ultra Cotton Adult T-Shirts in different colours. Usually an oversized t-shirt stays in place well after washing and drying, but this new one fits snugly. Also, the colors of Dark Twilight and Dark Heather are much denser than others. Maybe Asia or a modern fit? Also, the almost hard, label-like plastic is the most annoying thing I've ever seen. I find them unbearable. I distribute abstracts or donate them.

I bought this expecting it would be too big I needed it to fit over the pillow and sling coming with shoulder surgery for a non small man be delivered type (2xl normal). It worked. There was enough room to pull him over the sling and pillow for the first few days when it hurt to move his arm. The aching arm stayed in the shirt and was fine for the first few days. Many Thanks.

Shirt fits true to size although slightly shorter than most t-shirts but material is like scratchy fabric - not soft at all! I bought a couple of similar t-shirts from another brand, paid a few dollars more and got a much better quality soft cotton. I'm not really complaining as this shirt is only $7 but it's considered a work shirt and will probably just be thrown away soon.

I ordered this shirt and the "Gildan 5.3 oz Heavy Cotton T-Shirt" to compare. This "Men's Gildan Ultra Cotton T-Shirt" is definitely heavier cotton than the "5.3oz Gildan Heavy Cotton T-Shirt". Therefore, a "heavy cotton" shirt is thinner. I'm assuming it's "Gildan Men's Ultra Cotton T-Shirt". is 6.0 ounces. or more. This is the best quality. The 5.3 oz Gildan Heavyweight Cotton T-Shirt is back.

This t-shirt is perfect if you like it loose and comfortable. I've ordered three of these in different colors to wear over leggings and I'm happy with every feature. T-shirts are quite light, just right for spring/summer, and the length is about mid-thigh. The washer dryer showed less shrinkage than I expected. I'll probably be ordering a few more in the next few months. I recommend this brand.

the fit is as boxy and tight as you would expect from a heavier weight Gildan shirt. it is difficult. but even after washing once in cold water the bottom hem starts to fold up and there is no real fix for this other than maybe ironing for each sock but I haven't tried that. I have several ultra cotton t-shirts (seven colors including three white) and they all have the same problem. Luckily, they all together cost about the same as buying a quality shirt or two. still a bummer.
