The description of these razors expressly states that they do not have a glide strip. But they do. I would send them back but not worth it. If the stripe is important to you, DO NOT BUY THESE RAZORS. And don't believe anything this seller says.

These are regular hospital razors in a Gillette box. The handle on them is different from the one pictured on the box. Gillette razors bear your name. It's not like this. Other than that, they work well, but I'd prefer Gillette.

Does not match the description. The box has been opened. On the box of a razor without a glide strip. The description on Amazon states that there is no smear strip. Razors have a lubricated strip. Not the ones you find in the store. I do not recommend. I will NOT order again

It is very difficult to find a basic disposable razor with no glide strip in local retail stores. Wife has been using this product for many years and is very satisfied. From now on we have to find enough at Revain for a cheap price.

I wish Costco still sold this guy. Neither my husband nor I like the ones Gillette replaced them with. We don't find the gel strip helpful - just a slimy and uncomfortable feeling. We're glad we can still get this look.

Ad says no glide strip is required. The box they came in doesn't show a lubricating strip. But all razors have a LUBRICANT STRIP inside. Apparently that happens to many of us.

Delivered as promised. Unlike the regular Gillette Good News razors I've bought in the past. The quality has dropped significantly. The plastic part of the razor and the handle were very flexible and made out of thin plastic. It's better to pay more and get the real thing.

The original Gillette disposable razor was released probably over 15 years ago. The 2.0 version had a rounded handle, curved neck that weighed less and was more flexible on the razor neck. While it wasn't as good as the original (made more profit from reducing the amount of plastic in the razor, resulting in a more unstable feel), it was still quite a bargain. Nice to have this model available again. I've been using it for years and have never settled for a model change. This razor is like a stripped down hot rod that outperforms all those luxury sedans.
