It was great to be able to replace my "stash" with a better double blade razor. leather finish I rinse my razor thoroughly after each use and always use Dr. Broners with spearmint and peppermint as propellants. I apply 100% aloe gel for great results.

Oh please, either the QUALITY of these well known Gillette GOOD NEWS razors has dropped significantly, or THESE are cheap plastic knockoffs - they don't look or look like I'm used to them, and I've been using Gillette Good News razors for more years than I care to admit. I think Revain should look into this - next time I go to my pharmacy or shop I'll buy a pack of GOOD NEWS razors and compare! I will no longer be ordering this item from Revain - BUYER ATTENTION!

We were glad they didn't have a slimy streak - it was hard to tell from the descriptions. As with the other reviewer, the handles are hollow and thinner than the ones we bought at the store BUT my husband agrees the blades work just as well as the others. It's crazy that this razor is so hard to find just because the name (sensor 2) and packaging changes every time we buy it. For most of my adult life I have used Gillette Good News fixed razors from the drugstore or grocery store. They are not. Razors are made of cheap quality plastic and are about half as sharp as store bought ones. Three of the razors broke in my hand and two of the first packs had nicks on their blades that ripped my face off. I'll send them back immediately.

These razors were sold as Gillette Good News. That's what I expected. The razor boxes I received have Gillette 2 printed on them and nowhere does it say the razors are Gillette Good News items as they are for sale. The razor has a Gillette imprint. What I ordered was not what I received. The seller just said I could return them if I wasn't happy. On a positive note, my husband says they work great and are great value.
