Gillette Mach3 Men's Razors - 1 Razor with 2 Blade Refills Review

Looks like Gillette decided to save money on the handle. My old Mach 3 lost space when I moved, so I got a new one. The new one seemed much lighter and made of plastic. I bought this razor because it got a top rating on a consumer site that I use frequently. I've only had it for a short time but I've found that I don't care about the rotating head, it's too light and flexes too much. My main complaint is the cap that goes over the razor when not in use. Other razors I've used in the past have a safety cap that stays in place. This just sits on top of the razor and doesn't snap in any way or have friction to hold it in place. Very disappointed. I had to replace my original Mach 3 handle which I've been using since I started shaving. Over a decade later, the rubber began to deteriorate and separate from the grip. Apparently, Gillette decided to drop the price, and now the pens are all cheap, lightweight plastic. Holding the new grip is terribly uncomfortable compared to the old all-metal grip.
