Cute but missing earring

The product is nice and appears to be of good quality. The problem is that the bag it came in was not suitable for storing earrings and a necklace. One earring was in the mailer, the second was not. So now I have 1 earring and a necklace. I won't be going back as I really only needed the necklace but I'm disappointed nonetheless.
