Great for sisterlocks

I'm African American with sisters of color. I also live in Arizona so I have struggled with dry scalp and my Registered Stylist recommended this product. I no longer have problems with dry scalp since using it regularly and will buy it again.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not for everyone

Ehhh seems to be replaced.

So I love the product. But this time I ordered it, it was definitely a fake product. I've been using this for years. It smells and feels different and much less aromatic than real stuff. It smells like it was replaced with a transparent soap with no odor and the bottle still smelled like tea tree.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Great for all hair especially transitional hair

I have tried sulfate free shampoos and this product was my first. Background: I am transitioning to natural hair and am 18 months post relax. This shampoo smells very nice and is of very high quality. The conditioner is thick enough to create a great lather on my very thick and thick hair. I've only used the shampoo for one wash so far but my hair felt so soft and moisturized and I was able to keep my hair moisturized even after the day was done.

Pros
  • Always loved
Cons
  • Endlessly limp

Good shampoo diluted with water

I've bought this shampoo before in a different format (33.8 oz) and really liked it. The bottle of the product sold here at Revain looks the same and the shampoo smells the same, but judging by the thickness it's at least half the water. I didn't even know they could do that!

Pros
  • Decent effectiveness
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Fine without SLS, but not for me.

I was arguing between the 3 or 4 star rating. Good shampoo and without SLS. It smells good to me. (If the scent of tea tree and mint/eucalyptus doesn't confuse you.) Thoroughly but gently cleanses the scalp. Despite this, my scalp was still scratched after using this shampoo for a long time. With such problems I had to switch to other shampoos. (Not dandruff. It seems this is a sensitivity to many substances used in shampoos, even expensive ones.) This shampoo was my first step away from…

Calms itchy scalp, burns eyes

Like most peppermint/tea tree oil shampoos, this one calms my itchy scalp. (My stylist says my scalp isn't dry or sore, it's probably just an allergy to sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate.) And like most shampoos containing tea tree oil, this shampoo causes a slight burning sensation when it comes in contact with the face. I've found that the burn from Giovanni's Tea Tree Triple Threat Shampoo is stronger and lasts longer than other tea tree shampoos I've tried, even when I try not to apply too much

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Nothing

The shampoo holder

My family loves this shampoo. Since going blind my daughter's curly hair has become a lot healthier, my scalp isn't itchy or flaky and my husband likes it too. I have colored hair and since switching to this color my color has not faded or faded. I have tried other sulfate free formulas but they always made my hair greasy after a day. With that, I only went back to shampoo every three to four days. The bottle sucks, it's awkward to use and smaller than a regular shampoo bottle. Using this…

Pros
  • brings joy
Cons
  • is good most of the time, but...

I thought I got it smooth like silk I used in a white bottle and creamy and smooth is and feels a tingly tan when it touches the scalp. The shampoo I received is called Smooth as Silk but is meant for damaged hair and comes in the sepia color container. Unfortunately I've read that the picture of the container didn't always match the description so I've decided I'll get what I usually get. And honestly I was tempted by a good price and ordered thinking how lucky I was. Unfortunately, Smooth as…
