**UPDATE AT THE END** Absolute rubbish. I'm not sure which factory in China this came from, but quality control is clearly not to blame. Sloppy glue, excess rubber is not removed after the injection molding process. We don't send our daughter to school in these crappy little factories. UPDATE: THANKS for fixing the issue. At the discretion of the sellers, they responded to my complaint by sending me a replacement pair of shoes. The new pair I received is perfect and looks just like the picture.

The idea behind these shoes is great. My daughter loves her. They were too big and kept falling off my feet but the next size down was out of stock and due to the price I kept it. Also, the loop is just a slipknot that never held up. I would not recommend it as overall it seems to be a product that is not well made. ***UPDATE*** The company kindly sent me a new pair of these shoes. I could tell the product was redesigned.
