Very dense cotton weave with a silky feel. There's something under the skirt. The colors are bright and cheerful. My granddaughter loves this. She's slightly wider at the shoulders but has a rather narrow body.

It was too small for my size 12.9 and the zipper broke after just one wear. Cheap material and cheap zip ripped off than reed at the bottom. The base of the zipper has not been reinforced to prevent the zipper from opening from below. Very bad processing.
