Made to measure

I've been a skirt/dress and corset shop my whole life. This skirt is well below the knee, very loose, size 12/14 is more like Tellz 16/18.

Not flattering no matter how skinny you are!

This skirt is very poorly tailored in my opinion. Wears very strange. I bought this as a gift for a friend and although it was the right size it was just weird. The upper consisted mainly of an inch and a half thick elastic band that didn't fully match the other material in texture or design, so the effect was very uneven. This stripe also causes the top of the skirt to gather and then deform again in a very unattractive way. I suppose if you were drum tight and wore the skirt tight you could…
