Received on time and well packaged. Fits my Gitzo tripod with an RRS ball head attached with some clearance. Very happy with the purchase.

Very nice design and finish. The Gitzo GC3101 tripod bag fits my 3 length (4 section) climbing tripod with an attached KES BH-3 ball head and with enough extra room to mount a KES monopod head monopod.

Admittedly this bag is expensive but well worth it in the long run. If you have a Gitzo with a Gitzo ball head, you need to keep it in top condition. Other bags are crap, so you'll have to get those at some point.

Very good quality bag. However, it's too big. There's plenty of room lengthwise (about 3 inches) and I could easily fit a second tripod too, it's wide enough for that. I have a Gitzo Series 3 climber with a Gitzo QR 3 ball head. The bag makes an already big thing even bigger. I'm seriously considering returning it even though I live outside the US so it's going to be expensive.

Perfect fit for my 3 Series Gitzo Mountaineer Tripod with Gitzo 2-Way Articulating Head. When closing, the zipper nestles snugly against the body and hardly moves on the inside. I also have a tripod of the same model but a 4 section version that is about 4-5 inches shorter which makes the bag look too big. On my 3-piece version, the bag looks like it was made for it.
