Lid Too Big Best Dishes & Serving Utensils

In general, the goods are good, but the packaging does not correspond to the fragility of the product. Need extra shipping protection. The glass lid is too big when using the tea strainer. It only fits in the jug when the strainer is removed. If the lid is too large (lower edge, ring), the jug and brew group can break due to thermal expansion from the lid downwards. A new lid design is imperative.

Seems like a good product but I was disappointed

Received this product yesterday and unpacked it straight away. The item was sold as new, however the item has been removed from the original packaging and more securely packaged for shipping. I was disappointed that someone got their hands on the product even before I received it. Also, upon unpacking the product, I found cobwebs and dead bugs in the brewer. The microwave in the fridge works! The teapot is fragile, handle with care.

I can microwave tea leaves for 11 minutes. I don't have to worry about going back into the microwave right after making it, I can just leave it there and let it steep. Coming back to this, it's very easy to take out the strainer, empty the leaves and rinse it out. And yes, although the screen only has small holes at the bottom, it works. Then I can put it in the fridge right away, because I love iced tea. And I checked it and it takes 1.5 liters of water. Update 2/3/2020: I broke the infuser…
