Seems like a good product but I was disappointed

Received this product yesterday and unpacked it straight away. The item was sold as new, however the item has been removed from the original packaging and more securely packaged for shipping. I was disappointed that someone got their hands on the product even before I received it. Also, upon unpacking the product, I found cobwebs and dead bugs in the brewer. Not what you want to find in something completely new. Overall I think this is a good product, the handle does get a little warm and make sure you put the lid on before turning on the heat to boil the water, this cuts down on the time it takes to cook it starts to bubble.
