Overall this works as advertised and is about what you would expect for the price. It worked well with my Canon XF100 and my DSLR. The camera mount is not height adjustable, so it either fits your camera or it doesn't. My two main complaints were with the design of the clips that hold the tablet and the quality of the case. As I set everything up, I noticed a few small details that could be improved: the zippers that close the curtain could be of better quality, especially for those who often have to pack everything on the go; I can see that it will break over time, but for us I'll leave it assembled in our studio. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality of the teleprompter. All are cast or machined aluminum. It was easy to assemble and set up on a tripod. Make sure you have a sturdy tripod so your videos don't shake. I use a Canon XA10 camcorder mounted on it with a Sennheiser wireless microphone connected to the XLR input to record video.
