GMS has been a great partner in the development of my network infrastructure.

They have been a great partner in the development of my network infrastructure. My requirements include a robust solution with high availability, the ability to easily manage configuration and changes, and the ability to remotely monitor performance and faults. GMS has provided these services over a long period of time without fail. When they weren't available, they worked closely with the vendor to get it right.   • They work very closely with the vendors to ensure that you are getting the best product.
  • The systems that they offer are very secure and private

  • I found it a little difficult to find some features that they offered
  • A bit expensive

The GMS software was very easy to use.

The GMS software was extremely easy to use. It was intuitive and did exactly what we needed it to do. Our IT department was amazed at how simple it was to get the network back up and running. They had been having problems getting their computers connected to the WAN. With the GMS, they were able to connect directly to the main server. It took less than 10 minutes to install and configure. It only took us a couple hours to learn how to use the software. The installation and configuration was…

  • Easy to create dashboards and create KPIs.
  • Can export to PDF/XPS formats
Cons
  • Could not view all fields when exporting data to Excel.
  • Exporting to Excel didn't allow the sorting of columns.
  • Export to Excel format was very slow and took too long to generate a report.
