I had to buy this replacement for my work phone because the connector on my old cable broke. This replacement works great with my current heads up with no issues.

There were compatibility issues or so I thought. I called tech support and they helped me figure out how to solve my problem. The gentleman was very professional and very patient. I strongly recommend doing business with them.

Didn't work, tried to contact the company but got no response. Thank you Amazon refunded the money. The device did not allow voice over cable. I heard people but nobody heard me. This is not a headset, I had the same cable and it works fine. upset because I paid for expedited shipping to get it just in time for the new seller here. Waste of money and disappointment when nobody from the service company answers.
