Nice stool made of thick wood and easy to assemble

Nice stool made of thick wood easy to assemble, shipping was fast. The three beginnings are due to the fact that it is not teak but Southern Yellow Pine with a teak oil finish. My husband is a pine lumber business. I just wish I'd read the info a little more closely, it wouldn't hold up in the sauna or shower like it was intended. You just have to find another use for it.

Pros
  • Made of eco-friendly wood and packed in a recyclable box
Cons
  • stool faded

Good idea, bad paint job

Bought two. One was missing the nuts for the center bolt, probably the nuts couldn't be fitted as the ends were damaged. the purple tint really didn't work. It looks poorly colored and not trendy. I had to paint over them. I'm also concerned that they are pine and not ready for outdoor use even though they are patio furniture. On the plus side they were cheap and looked well colored.Found rubber nuts that worked for medium fat.We don't use these for seating.

Pros
  • Assembled dimensions: L 16 x W 16 x H 16.5"
Cons
  • Zero

I love to hate and hate for what I love

So let's start with the positives: strong, cool looking, perfect size for my small balcony, functional and inexpensive. Cons (yes, there is only one, but for me it was almost a deciding factor): What should have taken a 30 minute stool to assemble took THREE HOURS due to poor instructions. It consisted of two large parts, and it wasn't easy to understand that I had to use BOTH allen wrenches at the same time to loosen the screws (one to hold one end of the screw in place while loosening the…

Pros
  • Designed to be strong and durable
Cons
  • Big and bulky
