I don't know how they do it and how they are processed, but you definitely can't cut them with a knife. I do a lot of housework with power tools including utility knives, razors, scissors, wire cutters and all kinds of sharp tools. I wanted to find a pair of gloves that I can wear for a long time and that I feel comfortable in. The gloves are cut resistant and comfortable. Haven't washed them yet but they seem thick enough to protect them yet thin enough not to get in the way of cutting tools. I thought I could share a few thoughts on this and why I don't mind that you find such a warning on a pair of kitchen gloves. California requires this warning for anything containing ingredients suspected of being metabolized to benzidine.
