This tree is stable, easy to assemble. The faux fur cover is quite soft and my cats love it. The small tunnel on the second level from the top is too small for an adult cat to get in, so I only use it as a crate to store cat toys, cats can reach out and pull out the toys, and that seems to work well for that too. The scratching post arrived and the last piece in the box was broken. I contacted Revain and was surprised how smoothly the issue was resolved. The next day the goods were picked up, and after 3 days I already had a new one. The product is durable and suitable for multiple cats. The tree came together easily, but I highly recommend marking the pieces first as they are unmarked. Amazing. For the price, compared to everything in pet stores or similar online products, this 5/5 came in a huge, heavy box, tons of parts but not terrible to put together.
