This is my second Go Pet Club cat tree. My two cats love it. Some prefer to sit on the top niche, others prefer to lounge in hammocks. not to mention faster, with two people. I like the number of levels but it seems vertical. I got this so our two cats have a place upstairs to escape the dog, but when I put them in there they don't seem to like coming down and exploring other levels. They usually climb up and then just jump down. Maybe it's just my daredevils practicing base jumping. Other complaints would be difficult to read instructions as others have mentioned. This is a great scratching post that our cat loves. It is very durable. He likes baskets best. He curls up in it and sleeps for a while. Gets up, stretches and goes to another basket. I would give 5 if the instructions weren't so bad. It shows a drawing with numbers identifying parts. Then it has the length of the pieces in centimeters. You need to measure them before you start. One differs only 1 centimeter from the other parts. The instructions say to start at the bottom and work your way up.

As per the other two reviews this product is excellent. We bought it when we moved into a new house. Cats used to have a simpler scratching post that was torn to pieces after years of bullying. This thing is huge and seems to be holding up well. Our 14 lb cat sleeps easily in a small basket/hammock but our 20 lb tall boy won't even try. It was easy to put together and didn't seem to move much when they hopped around. Also, they both love it very much. We sprinkled it with catnip after assembling it and they both went nuts.
