Love that they don't leak, hate that they're pretty hard for 3 and 4 year olds to open on their own (when they're new - when they're a few months, they are easier to open).

I bought these bottles for myself and a neighbor. We BOTH love her. She's dropped the bottle a few times and it hasn't broken. And we like where they put the straw. No more struggling to put a straw in a bottle. Someone thought this up really well. We will buy more.

My mom had a stroke last year and she stopped using her dominant hand. I needed to find a water bottle that was easy to open with one hand. I bought a snap fastener from Wal-Mart (another brand). But she had a hard time getting good suction and backwashing. (Ewww) This one is bigger and very easy to use. She can easily drink from it without backwashing.
