I always read negative reviews when I buy something. I've seen a few people say it doesn't heat up very well, or the handle broke or it stopped working so I'll fix all 3. I haven't seen any problems with it so far. The base is quite light, but a real curling iron looks just like any other curling iron you can buy at any pharmacy. I haven't had any problems with that. It seems quite strong and I can only imagine if it breaks it is because of the incorrect installation of the curlers in the base.

Don't waste your money. Even if this thing worked, the design would be terrible. There is no on/off switch. You need to plug and unplug USB every time you use it. What does EVERY EYE mean? This is extremely unstable because the USB plug is inserted from above. I found that thing more annoying than Beauty Aid. And I'm getting better at curling regular eyelash curlers.

I have no idea if it's just me, but I have no idea how to even attach a metal edge to a hot area to make it warm. Hair rollers do not fit well on the heating stand and are not at all comfortable to use! As shown when applying, only a small part of the curler touches the heated part.? If I don't do anything wrong, it's a waste of money.

This product is not a necessity, it's because it exists and you want it. And I have to say I love it! It works out. It heats up to the perfect temperature - nothing too hot and scary next to your precious eyes, not too cool to be ineffective. Squeeze the lashes, squeeze/squeeze gently a few times, then hold for a few seconds, and voila! Apply mascara to your perfectly curled, uncurled lashes if your mascara sucking. I really like it and have tried MANY. I really like the heat, it's a little warmer than the average heated curler and lasts from 10am to 2am. I've been having problems with my eyelashes lately. I don't know if I sleep on it or clean my glasses, but the center of my right eye is literally pointing down. This fixed it. I'm happy because I thought I had to curl them again. One thing that might help is to use that heated curling iron and switch to a chilled curling iron until the heat dies down.
