Excellent support in helping with agility transformation

The team is very knowledgable about Scrum process implementation which helps to get things done quickly and effectively. They have an amazing tool that allows us to easily track our sprints progress; this makes it easy for me as Project Manager/Team Lead. I can't think of anything specific at this time but if there are any issues we run into they always work hard until resolved.
