Great product for camera and photography

Excellent build quality and worth the price. Instructions not included, use the holes marked 2 and 3 for the strip box. There are loads of YouTube videos showing you how to build it from there. The most important thing is to know which holes on the speed ring to use.

Pros
  • Lighting controls and modifiers
Cons
  • Some complications

Big. Not portable. Great for studio work but not for everyday work

Not very portable. The rods need to be bent in place. The cutouts on the Bowen rod mount don't explain anything. There are no instructions in the box. Take care of it and leave it assembled when it's done.

Solid and high quality

Great soft box! I shoot my portraits cross lit and they work great. Materials are good, assembly isn't easy though, but once you get used to it it won't be too much of a problem. I have two sets of these, one has already come undone. They are cheap so I can't expect much from them. They don't make your shots any better, but they do give you more control over the lighting.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
