Great pre workout program for BJJ

I've been using this pre workout supplement for about a month now with a little over 10 sessions or so. It provides an energy boost with no tremors and amazing alertness, allowing me to focus on the lesson. In terms of taste, it's not the best in the world, but it's more than bearable. I personally find that most of the negative reviews about the fragrance are overly dramatic. It tastes good and is not gross at all. Overall I love this product and plan to buy again when it runs out.

Super clean and long lasting caffeine free energy. Love it!

I usually don't write reviews unless I really like a product. This stuff is perfect for me and will be for you if you want to avoid two things. artificial sweeteners and tremors from caffeine. The taste is not too sweet, like a natural berry. And the aftertaste is like the major league gum I had as a kid (grape flavor). Surprisingly, I got good clean energy from just 100mg of caffeine, and that was enough for about 1.5 hours of good weightlifting and cardio. I added 4g of beta alanine before…

Didn't go as planned

My first experience of pre-workout. I recently joined the MMA gym. The workouts are of course very intense. I wanted something that could give me more energy and focus at the end of class. I tried this as it was designed for fighters. It didn't work at all. I started sweating profusely and then by the end of the warm-up I was completely out of energy (not at all normal for me).
