Works great! I have trained and competed in triathlons with this product all season. I am happy to report that there have been no chafing from using this product. I was only in trouble when I forgot to use it! Now I'm training for a marathon. The Northeast is still hot and humid. I ran 22.5 miles last week using this and I'm very happy to say it worked great again!

Works great! I've always had big thighs and have always had a problem with chafing. Even with normal activity. Not to mention the exercise. I put it on in the morning and whether I'm wearing shorts, a dress or a bathing suit, it works all day. Even after spending a few hours in and out of my pool. I don't care at all. I can enjoy myself in any clothing, do any business, without worrying about being uncomfortable or getting hurt. That's great!

This material is great for your legs when you're wearing new shoes, your neck and shoulders when you're wearing a backpack or running vest, your arms when you're wearing a tank top to exercise, and especially great if you decide on a dress/skirt and you don't want your hips to chafe. Can't praise him enough.

I've tried everything and nothing has worked for as long or at all as I need it to! This stuff stays and works! I run for at least an hour and my armpits rub so much that I also use it under my bra straps, sometimes on my thighs. I sweat so much and it stays, I have no friction irritation at all.

From my research nothing beats abrasion. If you find anything please comment below. I love this product and make sure I always have some in stock. I bought 4 packs because you never know where you will find them. I'm skinny but I have big hips (maybe from years of football) so they get mad if I don't have them. I've been using it after every shower for years. It leaves no marks on your clothes and works great!

I'm an overweight guy who does manual labor all day. My thighs are very hot and itchy. Nothing helped. No baby powder or anything like that. Ever since I found this golden compound, I've been using it every morning. Lasts all day. And one stick is enough for a month. I use 3 years. Daily.
