Decent Blades in Knife Blades

If you keep this on your desk then the dispenser is probably great. In my tool bucket, where it collects dust, it's kind of a pain. The single blade dispenser is useless and I have to tap it multiple times to make it dispense 5. The biggest problem is that the blades are over-lubricated, causing them to stick together. Razor blades aren't something you want to work on separating them from. In addition, the blades are as typical as can be.

Pros
  • Cool Product
Cons
  • Only Available in Black

Average at best, Goldblahs

I think I'd give these a try even though they're a bit more expensive than other standard brands. They are just fine. The sharpness is not very, not sure if the type of steel is really special (SK2M?). The standard blades that came with my Lutz 82 and 88 utility knives are much sharper - they are marked "SK 2". I will try another brand after burning 100 Goldblatts asap. At least they aren't covered in rust and the dispenser works.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Upgrades

I ended up buying other brands

I used them all before trying this company. All advertising hype aside. I think these blades are a bit sharper right out of the box. This gives me more control over how deep I carve and in which direction I want to go. I still use the original blades in my utility knives, so I can't comment on durability. Since I don't feel any noticeable loss of sharpness after three weeks of daily use, I have to say again that these blades are a class better. :)

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

The coolest brand out of the box!

Sharpest blade on the market I work with a crush spreader and we cut 3 ply reinforced conveyor belt, often other brands blades dull within three dozen cuts, this brand is sharper instantly and lasts longer I note that the blades are disposable but last three times longer. I have used several brands from Irwin, DeWalt, Fat Max etc. Now I choose a brand of tool drawers. This case keeps them tight and no more floating blades in the drawer!

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Expensive

Just like that: knives, parts and accessories

The blade is thinner than other brands, so it's more likely to break with every twist - intentional or not. They seem sharp enough when new, but I haven't used them enough to really comment on how long they hold their sharpness. The dispenser is handy in that you can get 1 blade at a time, or 5 if you "reload" a utility knife that has room for additional blades. limited use when using blades from different manufacturers - even if a used blade fits, nothing stands in the way of it falling out…

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Not the best

I bought it, it works and the dispenser works

So these are service blades. There isn't much to say about her. any brand. But I bought these recently and won't be buying any others. Why? Well, as long as the blade itself is equal or better than Dewalt, Craftsman, Stanley Bulk Packs. So nothing was missing. These gold leaves could be a bit better. What is clearly better is that the dispenser actually works. Yes, that's right. Is it a big deal? Not in the order of things. But you'll keep buying a pack of 100, and so far they've all fallen…

Pros
  • everything is fine!
Cons
  • There's nothing here
