I bought two of these for my daughter and added a photo. The picture came out great, the product is good but one of them broke the braces on my daughter's neck that hold a broken heart in 8 hours. Message company but did not help or sent another. My daughter was upset so I had to buy another one and let the company think they would give me a discount or refund my money, no they just said thanks for ordering again.

It's so beautiful, the locket is big, but I really liked it. I bought these (3) for my mother, daughter and granddaughter, they loved the sediment value of the gift. The chains could be a few inches longer. It took a while before they got the mail. But I think they are worth it. The price was amazing too.

I love how beautiful the locket turned out. I will definitely buy it again when I open it. I nearly cried. I will always have a photo of my boy with me.

The product is made very cheaply. The metal has a green tint. They also mixed up the engraving and put "2032" instead of "2022". I contacted the seller about this and have not received a response to date. This chain is a waste of money.

It arrived earlier than expected and is very well made! The locket itself is smaller than I thought it would be, but it's ok and very pretty. I would recommend everyone to buy this!

The material is not what the product says, in fact it looks like an aluminum can, it seems that it can break at any moment. Thanks for attention.

I bought this for my 7 year old who recently lost her puppy. She loves that this necklace allows her to wear a photo of her pup on her heart. Great product at a great price.

This locket came to us exactly as described. This was a gift for my niece and she loves it! Thank you for this fabulous gift!

The clasp holding the locket closed broke before I could gift it. Then the loop that the chain goes through broke when my daughter put it on for the first time.

Looks nice but not as described. Very cheaply made. Feels very light, almost plastic, like artificial children's jewelry. It looks so cheap it's even embarrassing to give it away.

I bought it for my 5 year old granddaughter and it is good for a 5 year old. This would not be a good gift for someone old enough to appreciate quality jewelry.

I had to replace the chain almost immediately because it turned my neck green and had a terrible texture. I replaced the chain and now wear it almost every day with no problems.

I got this necklace as a Valentine's Day gift for my mom. It didn't come until the 24th, which didn't bother me. But when I got it it was so, so knotted that I had to buy a new chain. This is the worst necklace I have ever seen in my life, never buy it.

It's a really nice locket but the chain got a knot that won't unravel, I had to use an old one from another necklace :( The locket may not be suitable for all occasions or outfits.
