The product appeared to be exactly what I expected. However, when I opened the box, it turned out that it had been opened and re-sticked and the sticker had previously been removed. When I looked at the frame myself, I saw that the hanging hook was already bent, the black backing was frayed, and the plexiglass front had a very large, obvious scratch. I was expecting a new, unused item so I will be returning it and buying a new frame from a different seller.

I read all the negative reviews about the plastic not matching the frame and decided to see it myself. The problem isn't the fit and I think I'm the largest size. If it bends there is a problem, so a few small lines of hot glue after removing the protective film and the problem is solved. The frame works great and didn't pop out at all when trying to hang it straight and centered. There were a few scuffs on the plastic so I took off a star but they aren't visible when hung.

. Do not buy this frame at all. It's a shame it costs $100 for 4 packs (at least for 24x36) - charging half that amount for all 4 frames would be ridiculous. I really wanted some frames for my prints. I've been looking everywhere for really big gold frames and finally found this one. When I put the photos in and hung them up, I was so frustrated that the plastic film holding the picture kept falling out of the frame. Absolute rubbish. Absolutely useless. The plexiglass and back are a full 1/8 inch too small to fit in the frame (imagine you had whatever you wanted mounted to the wall, you know what the point of this product is to just falling through the front 100% of the time). The frames look great but are difficult to put together. I bought 4 frames to glue them together to make one big picture. One of the four was perfect, two were a little wobbly and one was an absolute failure which resulted in me dropping it and making it worse. Plexiglas is too small and keeps slipping out of the frame.
