Has performed well for son's degree. Good value for money, sturdy, plenty of room inside, like an eyeshadow box, not really long enough given the size of the brush, although it's doubtful any frame available is good enough to hang the brush at full length. Son adjusted it for hanging to satisfaction. I also ordered photo corners to avoid sticking directly onto the diploma itself, otherwise it would have to be displayed in this frame. Extremely difficult to add your diploma and brush. I had to center myself and then secure the diploma with tape. I then had to move the tassel bail to center it properly. VERY difficult to make as it is a small helical hanger that is self tapping. The problem is that it's so small it took me about 25 minutes to get it to the center. Overall I'm very happy with this frame. It may not be as "polished" or as durable as other more expensive diploma frames, but for the price it's excellent. It's definitely worth saving about $100 on frames you can get from universities. This frame costs money. All other frames are $80-$100+. That being said, you have to be tricky in Ofer for the framework to work for you. In addition, everyone knocked on their diploma. Not being able to 'walk' to her college graduation in the crazy Covid 2020, my daughter loved the fact that she could see her diploma AND tassel presented so beautifully. Since she's already working on her second degree in nursing, I'm glad I didn't have to spend too much money!
