Well made but limited use

Sturdy and well made with a well thought out soft pouch for safe transport. This device is very easy to assemble and has a large screen, but unfortunately only a DSLR is suitable for recording, not a smartphone. As a result I had to send it back. It would be VERY easy for a manufacturer to rebuild the camera base plate and blackout cover to allow this teleprompter to be used for both DSLR and smartphone shooting and I really hope this gets done.

Rugged production gear

As a content creator, I love being able to read from a script while capturing video. In this sense, the teleprompter becomes an indispensable piece of equipment for me. A few years ago I tried to build a teleprompter with my own hands. I do not recommend going this route. I wanted to use my iPad as a computer for a teleprompter, and back then the options for such a teleprompter were limited. found a simple device that worked but was cumbersome to use, so it stayed in storage for a few years…

Robust and well made with a well thought-out, soft carrying bag for safe transport. This device is very easy to assemble and has a large screen, but unfortunately only suitable for a DSLR camera, not a smartphone for recording. So I had to send it back. Works pretty well: lighting and studio

Before purchasing this product I was using a home made teleprompter. While my homemade block worked, it was a little awkward to use, so I bought this model when it went on sale. I have to say the quality they have is amazing and I love how great they are for the price. You can put a full-size tablet on it and it works great.
