Works great for craft supplies

I also bought a scraper but found I didn't need the scraper at all once I applied it and waited about 15 minutes. The tape was immediately erased with no problems. Smells good too. Something like furniture polish with lemon oil.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • Not the best

The slime hasn't gone away

This material is definitely not a miracle product. Considering the cost, I expected it to magically erase what was left of the duck tape that was on the sliding glass door. I used enough and rubbed with an abrasive sponge. Nothing. Literally nothing happened. I think I'll have to use a razor or some kind of metal scraper, but I don't want to scratch the glass. The slime hasn't gone away. slime remains.

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • Easily repairable

Proven and still great!

Miracle product! I relied on this when my kids were little, and with good reason - try peeling off stickers that were put on a few years ago! I still use it often, both in the kitchen and in the workshop. Sometimes multiple applications are required; depends on the amount and thickness of the residue. I read a review that mentioned missing instructions for use on the back of the bottle; I've experienced that too, but only with the small 2 oz. Bottle. Goo Gone is a must for me!

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • No show

It works with the gum in my clothes!

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and you should have no problems. Seriously, this thing saved one of my favorite t-shirts. I assume the gum was left in one of my pockets during the download and that's what happened. Actually there was a little more than pictured. However, it started. After that there is a chemically oily smell. This goes away after about two washes (I use light detergents so it might be quicker for you). It's definitely worth it and it's very easy. I have a lot of product left as I…

  • Certified
Cons
  • Line is shorter than other picks

Working but no instructions

The only information on the bottle is product warnings. There is no instruction manual. What I did to remove sticky adhesive residue from metal: 1. Use a folded cloth.2. Turn the bottle upside down on a napkin so that it gets wet with the liquid.3. Wipe the sticky residue with a damp cloth.4, Dampen another paper towel.5. Wipe off the mucus.6. Repeat steps 1-5 until the slime is gone. I needed two treatments. I also wore disposable gloves and a disposable mask for protection. Maybe exaggerated.

Pros
  • Quality workmanship
Cons
  • Requires outlet
