This lamp is exactly what I ordered. Works well as a replacement for the standard bulb included with the Regent Security Light. I prefer this lamp as the cooler temperature makes it a lot less harsh than the original.

Bulb didn't work. I don't know if this was a one off event or if the entire batch was bad; Bottom line, a brand new bulb (made in China) was as dead as a doornail when installed. Returning the lamp and asking for another one just throws more time and money down the drain. I suggest going to the store and buying such items instead of ordering them through the mail. This will greatly simplify the transaction.
