Disappointing! in hair care

I was hoping to find a soft elastic like all hair ties used to be. My hair is thick and I like to wrap it at least three times for a good hold. That's not it. They are tough and even rip your hair out twice when you wrap it. They are too tight to wear on my wrist where I usually wear an extra bandage when not putting my hair on. They're held together with a cheap, sticky piece of plastic slime. What happened to all the hair bands? Why the recent redesign? I have to keep the few old ones I have…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Durable and very comfortable!

I bought a pack in September and it has never broken or pulled out. I have medium brown hair, very long. Sometimes I just put it in a ponytail at the end of the day, or when I get out of the shower I can slick my hair back into a ponytail if my hair is wet and let it dry. These are the first bandages I've used that don't come off after a few hours; They hold your hair in place. They also don't cause the "my hair is too tight on my back" headache that many other bands have. I have one now and…

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Very expensive

Well it's a joke. Cannot be used for training

What a joke I don't know how these hair ties can have 4.5 stars. I can only assume those who leave reviews don't have as thick hair as I do. The first one I put on broke immediately. If you have thick, heavy hair like me, all you can do is wrap the tape around your hair twice and you have a saggy, loose ponytail. If you try to make a third loop, the ribbon will snap. What a rip off. Cannot be used for training.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Can be damaged

It flies out of my hair

I don't have thick hair, but I was only able to wrap a rubber band around my hair twice. It's just not very flexible. Since I could only loop it twice, I was able to pull it right out of my straight, slippery hair. It doesn't suit me, but it might suit you.

Pros
  • A good thing
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for old people

Reduced in quality.

These used to be my favorite rubber bands for slip resistance. Now they are so small I can't even wrap my cock twice. You can't put your wrist on without breaking the circuit. Because they are so tight that now they keep tearing. They used to last forever. I think they're saving on stuff now.

Pros
  • also understandable for old people
Cons
  • functionality
