I'm sure it's a great cylinder head, I don't know what I was thinking when I installed it! Yes, always check the valves and make sure they are properly adjusted. I screwed it up and ended up bending the exhaust valve.

Best price for the most comprehensive cylinder head kit. Installed on a SSR 110 off-road bike without any modifications, don't know why others had problems. A very complete kit including head and base gaskets as well as new intake and carburetor gaskets and an exhaust donut. Remember to set the valves to 0.004 after adjustment when the engine is at top dead center on the compression stroke as this is not factory set.

Not suitable for Kandi 110cc. To the little one. See selection. It turned out that my 125 cc engine cm with hole diameter 52.4 mm. The sprocket for them has 32 teeth and this head has 28 teeth for a 110cc engine. See the label on the car and engine says 110cc. Cm, but it's not 110cc. Same bore and valves as 110cc engine, but larger 32T rear sprocket and chain bore.

I bought this replacement for my kids kart. Unfortunately, even after adjusting the gap, the valves leak horribly. A compression test with this head installed on my engine showed a maximum of 50psi. I tried my old head and was able to get 120psi. I did the inverted head test on my own by filling a beaker with gasoline. most of the gas flowed out within the first minute. I expected a fully assembled unit to at least have the valves properly adjusted!

Arrived quickly but not assembled properly. The bolt is missing from the gearbox and is wedged behind it. I had to disassemble and fix the problem that destroyed the gasket, so I had to make a new one. Whoever assembled it must have dropped a screw and was too lazy to remove and fix 2 screws, resulting in a useless product. I would return it but I waited too long before joining the project. I will not buy from this manufacturer again. It's probably not the seller's fault.

This head fits my 110 China kart with no problems. It was a very complete set and it fit perfectly. Just tighten the screws, adjust the valves and off you go! Very happy with the quality of the head for the money. The first time I bolted the cylinder head on, I'm not sure what happened, but the head gasket blew out very quickly. When I emailed the seller, they sent me a new head gasket (and some other stuff) for free! It's pretty cool. Will definitely buy again.

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical about the purchase after all the conflicting reviews but it turned out great. I think some people buy this thinking they can just put it on and walk away and maybe that's the problem. People say bolts are loose and seals are blown or a quality control issue, but it's all part of assembling and adjusting everything yourself. spare part came quickly as usual. And after reading reviews and watching hundreds of YouTube videos, I pretty much knew what to look for when unpacking. The valves are NOT ADJUSTED. Not even close. So be sure to check it out. I also did a simple light test to check the seat seals on the valve heads. NO GREAT SEAL AT ALL. I can see light on almost the entire edge of both flaps. So now I'm back to zero. I will lease the spring tool for the gas valve. Use seat sealant to remove and seat the valves
