Finally! my rating in my rating

Finally mittens that are easy to put on little hands! There is a zip to open them closer to the hand so you can get your thumb in the right place too. So happy with that.

Pros
  • Large
Cons
  • Cannot be waterproof

Great material, weak zipper.

Excellent material for gloves. My kid played with the puddles of water quite a bit and it didn't spill. The only downside is that the zipper didn't close. My kid wore this about 10 times and then the zipper seam ripped when I closed the glove.

Pros
  • Protects hands from wind and snow
Cons
  • The material can not be environmentally friendly

Broke too soon, good for me

The zipper on one of the mittens ripped the second time my son put them on. I usually love Gordinis for their warmth, but they were cheaply made.

Pros
  • good product
Cons
  • The mitt could potentially become lost due to the lack of a fastening mechanism.

Great kids glove.

Great kids gloves. The XS fits my little 2.5 year old perfectly. They are easy to put on and hold up well while playing. Next winter I'll buy size S!

Pros
  • Keeps hands warm and cozy
Cons
  • Mittens can shrink or lose their shape after washing

Large and poorly insulated

That's a lot for my 2 year old who is way too big for his age. I even had to go to her room one night to help her put her leg back in her pocket, which had come out of a very large armhole. But what's really irritating is the inner lining - with washing, the insulation kept getting clumpier and clumpier, as if it was either not sewn on properly or a material that shouldn't be used for the purpose. When we first opened the package it seemed great, but after only a few months it's not holding up…

Pros
  • Easy to put on and take off, my son's little fingers were nice and warm.
Cons
  • Children may find it difficult to put on without help

The best toddler glove in my review.

The best glove for babies. I love the big ones, they attach to the arm and help them stay on their feet so snow doesn't get in. You were amazing. I will continue to get them in all sizes for my kids.

Pros
  • Non-bulky design for easy movement
Cons
  • Does not allow sleight of hand

Nice extra layer, easy to put on

I like the side zip so small handles can be tucked in. To stay warm enough we wear them over a pair of smaller gloves and my little one stays warm. Not very durable as we had a small tear on the wrist just from loading and unloading it from the car.

Pros
  • Specially developed for children
Cons
  • May not be breathable enough for active play

Keeps you warm in sub-zero temperatures!

These mittens kept our little one warm for two winters in Montana (ages 2 and 3). They are easy to put on and keep. Our LO wears them over and under the cuffs. Snow doesn't get in. These are the only mittens our toddler wears and he has never complained of cold hands even when the temperature is below 0º Fahrenheit. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Ideal for kindergarten and preschool children
Cons
  • May cause allergic reactions in some children.

wear in one season

At first these gloves were great. Now that winter is mostly over (it's most of the year here), the waterproof layer is peeling away from the palm of the glove. My eldest son's gloves had that layer completely peeled off, he's in kindergarten so he wore them every day. My youngest son didn't go out that much so they're not too bad. I like that the gloves are long on the wrists and slide easily over coat sleeves. BUT I'm disappointed overall that they barely lasted a season.

Pros
  • I love everything about gloves.
Cons
  • Dino Olive's design may not appeal to all children

The zipper broke after 3 weeks.

We really like the idea of these mittens. I want them to get bigger. Even the XL size is too small for my 6 year old. What disappointed me the most was the quality - the zipper was already broken. We invested in them because we thought they were a quality product and would last, but they broke after only 3 weeks of use.

Pros
  • The warmest mittens that slip easily on small, squirming hands! Excellent purchase!
Cons
  • They were too small for me and the children. Waste $

These are baby gloves.

I was expecting the gloves to be small since the product description says they are for teenagers or people with small hands, but the gloves we received were literally toddler gloves. That's what it says right on the packaging. Too bad there is nothing about it in the product description. The gloves themselves are very good, but only suitable for small children.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • May not provide adequate traction on slippery surfaces.

Fried warm fingers.

Excellent mittens for babies. My only complaint is that the elastic at the end is too tight and makes it difficult to close the forearm. Great for plus sizes but xs is a bit tight for swollen baby hands. Otherwise a great mitten, keeps little fingers warm and dry.

Pros
  • Gauntlet with side zip and wrist strap
Cons
  • Negative gift

Buy 'em and avoid the meltdown

Over the past 5 years we've passed down some of our seniors to juniors. At this point, the water resistance started to drop, so be sure to buy a second pair. Lightning will save your soul, easy enough not to fight my 3 year old to put it on. I don't know why you wouldn't buy them. Very warm in the deep snow here in Michigan

Pros
  • Megaloft Synthetic Insulation
Cons
  • Repair

Buy them and avoid crises

For the past 5 years, the couple has had the eldest walk to the youngest. At this point, the water resistance started to drop, so be sure to buy a second pair. Lightning will save your soul, easy enough not to fight my 3 year old to put it on. I don't know why you wouldn't buy them. Very warm in the deep snow here in Michigan

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
