Don't buy it if you use it at night. How can you call this watch a "sports" add-on when you can't read it in the dark. Cheep Timex can do that. I bought mine over a year ago, it's reliable, keeps time accurately, sits on the bottom of the pocket and the case is in perfect condition with no micro scratches. The glass is not scratched or cracked and has definitely been abused. i love this watch I have two Gotham pocket watches, one for everyday use and the other for business attire. I bought my wife a Gotham pendant watch and she loves her watch. What can I say, Gotham builds a quality product.

This was a Christmas present in its own right. They replaced a Chinese-made Gotham mechanical pocket watch that was returned to Revain about three weeks after receipt. The Chinese watch, which was nice and cost about ten dollars less, broke just before it was returned. Received the watch two days before and it matched the description. Before purchasing, I emailed Dave at Gotham Clock with a question and he replied later in the day. I really like my Gotham pocket watch which Dave says has a Japan Citizen Quartz movement and should last a very long time.
