NO FUNCTION WITH HP COMPUTER

USB dongle has NO function on HP computer. Dice Que functions and computers without HP function. This is the second USB security key and none of them worked for HP. I tried to install it to use Bank of America but the device is not compatible with HP.

Works Electronics

So I tried it as an alternative to my old, recently unsupported Yubiko key. It works, although there is room for improvement. Good: 1- Works great on Windows 10 and requires no additional software. 2- Works! Facebook. Google. Usual suspects. It works out. The Bad: 1- The instructions were a bit lacking and the site isn't very helpful 2- If you're used to the Yubico software and setup, this isn't for you. DO NOT buy this! in USB Gadgets

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! There are no workable, clear instructions on how to use it. My bank is about to require FIDO2 security and advised me to get a key, but I'm not a geek and have no idea HOW TO START THE PROCESS! I plan to report this to my bank. If you can't read Chinese, don't buy this! Total waste of $20 and Amazon shouldn't be selling this type of stuff!

Secure Access - USB Gadgets

If you're serious about two-factor authentication, Idem Key is a great product. It is very easy to use and very secure. Also, Idem Key is cheaper than Yubikey and offers most of the features that Yubikey has.

I think I messed up

I should have known better after trying to read all this confusing nonsense. There are two versions of it, fido-fido2-u2f and all combinations. I wanted this to be able to get into my windows laptop. Apparently the only thing it's good for is signing in to Google, which is usually done automatically by simply opening the browser. I have no idea what to do with this thing.

Couldn't get it to work on Win10

I purchased a GoTrust Idem security key and a HyperFIDO Titanium U2F security key at the same time. I had to return the GoTrust Idem security key. The button was not activated when I touched the pad. Drivers load properly on Windows 10. I tried using the idem key in Firefox version 77.0.1 and in Google Chrome version 83.0.4103.97. Both versions are as of June 2020.
