Works well and each socket can be controlled independently

Easy setup with the Govee app (yes another app but in a hundred or so what else?). Easy to set up/change. Works well with Alexa. In hindsight it was obvious from the screenshots, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that each socket could be controlled separately.

Easy to set up! on Outlet Switches

I have tried other brands and was very disappointed. After downloading their app, following simple instructions, both plugins were up and running and integrated with Alexa within 5 minutes! Once in my Alexa app I renamed them and added them to Routines. I've labeled ports one and two so I can keep them separate as they can be controlled individually. Very happy with this purchase!

Solved a problem I was unaware of can be solved

I have a street light which the electricians in their boundless wisdom installed by drawing power from an internal outlet that can be turned on with a switch and is turned off. In this case, the other outlet becomes unusable if it's not turned on, which would be wasted if it were on during the day (the yard light would be on). Now I can leave the outlet plugged in and use the smart plug to turn the garden light on and off!

Difficult to install, only accepts WPA2 encryption and 2.4G WiFi.

I like 2 sockets very much. It was difficult to set up as it wouldn't connect to wifi. The product only supports WPA2 encryption and Wi-Fi 2.4G. I had to contact the service provider to set everything up properly, which was very time consuming. The GOVEE app has many options which can be confusing but I linked it to my Google Home so that's all I really need. In general, a great product is finally installed and working at the moment.

No more turning off the Christmas lights

I won't blame anyone but there are more than enough Christmas lights in my house. Every day my wife is nice enough to turn everything on and every night I have to walk around the house and turn off the light. Now two things happen: First, the woman says the keywords "Alexa lights up the house" and everything turns on to her satisfaction. Second, at 10:00 p.m., all of these lights are automatically turned off. I no longer have to deactivate everything that is in it. Very happy with it so Iโ€ฆ

Waste of time and money

I ordered a set of 2, one of which was connected immediately and everything worked perfectly, no problems. I was very excited. The second wasn't like that, didn't connect to the WIFI at all. I was sent another set to replace the first set as I had to return both as a set. Received the second set the next day. I've tried and tried and tried to connect a new set of two devices to WIFI and nothing has wasted my precious time and hard-earned money. I ordered another brand and it connected to WIFIโ€ฆ

Making life at home easier and easier for the massesโ€

This is by far the largest investment I've ever made. I don't want to get out of bed... Alexa turns off the light... Ok, she answers. Turn off the TV, okay, turn on the air conditioning...okay, I like it. I start incorporating everything into my coffee at home in the morning, I get the message that she turns on my Spotify, I can do so much with her, post questions and answers from her, I ask her to wake me up at 9 and she does. exactly that the plugs are connected to Alexa so I'm very impressed
