Bought this for my husband who does a lot of walking/jogging/running. The vest is lightweight, zips up easily and is true to its size.Day one that he wore the vest he didn’t do any kind of exercise, but was very active with household and outdoor errands and chores. He felt the heat and sweat kick in within ten minutes of wearing the vest….day 2 he did an hour walk in which he was drenched in sweat, the outside of the vest stayed dry.

This vest certainly does its job and makes you sweat up a storm however after a workout I found it difficult to get off as it was all wet and sweaty. It's not the seller's fault I guess. That's just the way it works. You really don't feel it on you as you're working out. I will continue to use it. Really nice quality as well.

First off, as with all compression and sauna gear: size up 1-2x your normal fit. It is supposed to be a tight, compressing fit but you also need to feel good in it. I personally love that it is sleeveless. You WILL be drenched if you train even moderately hard & you can throw this right in the wash (cold) and tumble dry low. Here's my review of the Gowhods slim vest. What i like with this vest is it zips. It does catch a bit of body hair so zip carefully. My old one i have to pull over my body because its just a tube top. The material traps heat and i sweat profusely when doing cardio, not so much on weightlifting. It feels like a classic cut on a regular shirt in which it is not tapered as an athletic cut. The model guy in the ad picture had an athletic fit compared to this one. It would be better if it was tapered towards the waist. The skirt is cut straight down with the same diameter at the chest as the waist. Works As advertised.it makes you sweat.They are supposed to be snug. I got the 2XL .Chest is 50. Waist is 40. 200lbs.Easy to clean and can be worn under other shirts amd not really show. Close fitting.Full range of motion. No binding.It does stick to you as you sweat but that is expected.

I went for a brisk 3 mile walk and came back and it definitely does as it advertised. I'm 5'6", 175 and I ordered a small. Fit snugly as I wanted but wasn't too tight. Zipper is a great feature.
