This is probably one of the best things I have purchased in a long time. It’s perfect for me because I usually wear it under my rash guard when I go train in Brazilian jujitsu. It legitimately gives me a good workout. I remember using this when I needed to cut weight. I dropped around 4 pounds in 190 minute session of Brazilian jujitsu. I recommend this product so much I am so happy I have it. I am going to buy another one so I can switch on and off. I would definitely recommend this for someone who is looking to cut weight but does not want one of those bulky sauna suits.
