cyan, magenta (red) and yellow cartridges work fine, but black XL is repeatedly "not recognized" by my printer. Most of what I print is forms, so I tend to use black over color. I would not recommend buying from this company again if these issues persist.

I couldn't get Magenta to work on my Epson 3750 Work Pro. I've tried everything according to the instructions with no success. Customer service was dynamite. The printer I have will not work without all the cartridges (take this into account when buying an Epson printer). Customer service was very accommodating when I was unable to print the return due to the ad being quarantined in Michigan. I will definitely use them again when I swap out the printer. Great price but about 100 prints, the cartridge has deteriorated and head cleaning, remounting etc. It did not help and no longer recognizes it. Had to get me a new magenta

This ink is perfect for my printer. I bought another brand and after updating the printer firmware, cyan was no longer recognized as if it wasn't there. I bought this paint and it worked without any problems.

My printer ALWAYS ran out of ink even when I didn't seem to be printing much. I used to run to the store, pray my ink was in stock, and then complain about the price. Sometimes it was cheaper to just buy a brand new printer. This kit was God sent because I now have cartridges in bulk and they last much longer than regular brand name cartridges. Will definitely buy again.

Two out of four cartridges worked, two did not. Nothing I did was able to resolve this issue and I received no response after emailing them. Unfortunately I didn't need two colors that didn't match right away so the item was no longer eligible for a refund.

Please note that this product is not compatible with Epson WF-3720. I have a new Epson printer and I can't install a non-Epson product. It should not be advertised as compatible when new Epson printers are made without cartridges from other manufacturers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a chip reset, and I'm not willing to sit around fiddling with syringes - so a waste of $40.
