I bought my great grandson a smart watch with GPS tracking and for that I needed a SIM card, I ordered this watch and it works immediately after activation. Everything went smoothly, but other reviews said that this SIM card can be used for other operators, but this is a false statement. You have to subscribe to a plan through SpeedTalk, which isn't too expensive. Aside from this misinformation from another reviewer. So far, so good.

I don't mind paying $25 a month for tracking, but the subscription price is a bit high. For $25/month, the tracker updates every minute. I have a feeling that at this price it should be at least every 15 seconds. You update the tracker faster and more often, the more expensive and more money you have to pay. For this reason I only give 4 stars. Could have been a 5 star product if the subscription wasn't so expensive. Overall this is a great tracker and quality stuff.

This ship literally took 4 days to activate! Also, the GPS on my 6 year old son's smartwatch will NEVER be accurate with this chip. he always turns up miles away in the woods, even if he's sitting comfortably next to me at home. Can you imagine the horror when a parent searches for their missing child? The lack of GPS accuracy and the time it took to activate the service on my chip is why they got a two star rating.

I bought two, two weeks apart and for different devices. I had to call SmartTalk because I was having trouble with their website. The cards were activated and working properly on their devices. The problem occurs when the SIM card is automatically renewed. You must call SmartTalk to turn off auto-renewal. The website has a tiny checkbox to uncheck it, but the gentleman at SmartTalk informed me that you should call to stop the auto-renewal.

I needed a SIM card that works with a 3G tracker watch/phone. I didn't know anything about SIM cards but this one was cheap and I went with the $5 monthly plan after installing it in my granddaughter's watch/phone. She can only contact the numbers we have whitelisted and that's all she can contact. This Hangang phone also has a GPS tracker so we can find where she is and we can set up a digital fence for security. This SIM card was compatible and required for this operation.
