
I bought two, two weeks apart and for different devices. I had to call SmartTalk because I was having trouble with their website. The cards were activated and working properly on their devices. The problem occurs when the SIM card is automatically renewed. You must call SmartTalk to turn off auto-renewal. The website has a tiny checkbox to uncheck it, but the gentleman at SmartTalk informed me that you should call to stop the auto-renewal.
