The wheels fell off the lower dishwasher basket but other than that the dishwasher was fully functional in the new house we bought. My husband thought we had to buy a brand new bottom drawer but I'm so glad I found it! The original wheels have a one-way hook design, which is why they are so prone to falling off when loosened. This design has reversible hooks/pulls so they last a long time. Great purchase, saved us hundreds!

If I were to think that before the year is up they have a year's warranty, I would have used them.The wheels are very firm when they to be installed for the first time. They are perfect for the basket of our Kitchenaid dishwasher model PDW9200J00WW which has been in service for about 15 years.
